Ownership and context
I am the technical owner for the data engineering side of an enterprise CRM migration. The scope includes both migration into the new CRM and ingestion from it for operational and analytical use.
This work connects source-to-target mapping and reconciliation with integration architecture, downstream modeling, reporting, permissions, and governance. It also includes coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
Migration and data quality
- Migration into the new CRM.
- Source-to-target mapping.
- Reconciliation and data quality.
These responsibilities sit alongside the integration and reporting scope. The overview describes my ownership; it does not disclose internal mappings, datasets, or reconciliation rules.
Integration and downstream use
- Integration architecture.
- Ingestion from the new CRM.
- Operational reporting.
- Analytical reporting.
- Downstream modeling.
The engineering scope extends from the migration itself to the data products and models that consume CRM data.
Governance and coordination
Permissions and enterprise data governance are part of the initiative, together with coordination across business and technical stakeholders.
The relevant ownership spans data movement, data quality, reporting, and access. This is the enterprise scope behind my current work.
